Pros

None at all. 5 years back the leadership was strong. Now they have a sex offenders on the board. Leadership is pathetic. CTO is a great guy but he is not involved.

Cons

No ethics at all. Incompetent HR. CEO is clueless. Vision of the business is to cut their own costs. Leadership is great and massaging eachothers ego. The only thing that worked 5 years back was the culture of one big family. Today that's gone. No architect or engineer should go close.
