Pros

absolutely nothing in this comapny.. worst one I have ever seen... cant tell more.. perfect Mallu company

THE WORST COMPANY you can ever think of. I worked in client's place, so when I visit this comapany once in a while , i always hear shoutings by manager to their fellows.. it is audible in the entire building.. very pity. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING SUCH A COMPANY

I have been selected for a client-side location. Helping HR Team, lots of opportunity. Good place to get a job for fresher and experienced candidates.Basic Salary is also very good instead of other company.Employee Engagement Activity also taken place which was extremely good for the employee refreshment.

Cons

The Only one cons which i faced related to Anual leave issue which is less in Marlbs

hike should be given on regular basis bonus for down level workers are required
