Pros

They listen to ideas from employees and make them happen a lot of the time. Like bonus ideas and getting paid all the time for being on call instead of only getting paid when you actually get called in. HR actually replies to you too. All my last jobs before here HR never even listned to or replied to me.

Cons

Me and all my guys get paid fair compared to other people we know in companies around us but other people in the country with the same job get paid more in different areas. Pay could be a bit better.
