Pros
-Expectation or results are provided, but no one tells you HOW to do your job. Lots of creative license to get it done. -Smaller, family-owned business that invests back into the company makes it easy for employees to test out new ideas without lots of red tape. -Management has a clear long term vision / goals and works a path to obtain those goals. -Flexible benefits/work hours available.
Cons
-IT infrastructure leaves something to be desired. -Outdated ERP system drives frustration. -High deductible health care is less than "premium" - but the company does give extra HSA $$ to employees support it.
