      Lack of structure is sometimes challenging. Need to be very clear with others about expectations because there is a lot of undefined responsibility.

      Pros

      An innovative industry. Small company (250 employees) but yet big enough to have a solid corporate feel. If engaged and professional, a lot of opportunities. Industry economics are a driver. Different than consumer economics. Constantly on the cutting edge.

      Cons

      Because of our positive growth factor there are some growing pains but truthfully if willing to be engaged and open minded and innovative there is nothing to stop you.

      A lot of changes and constant growth can be difficult to keep up with at times. Health insurance could be much better.
