Really good colleagues and atmosphere in the office. Pojects are ok, if your colleagues/stakeholders have the necessary time to participate.

Cons

Poor management with little support in your projects. Friendliness in German based locations is close to none existent. Company does not foster a culture of respect. There is a political conflict between German based colleagues and the rest of the world. Very limited advancement opportunities. Cost reductions everywhere, and management being extremely conservative gives feeling of poor company.
