Marquistech have massive footprint in most pf product based companies for giving time to time support. Will work with product based experts and possible of good hike in every year not like other service based organisation. Marquistech give atleast 30 % hike and can go upto 50-80% depending on your value. Also during covid the company have 0 layoff.

Cons

Management should have have more expert leader and management head to track all activities.
