I worked here for 1.5 years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. One of the biggest issues was the complete lack of coordination and support from the HR department. They were often unresponsive, disorganized, and failed to address employee concerns in a timely or professional manner. The management, in general, reflected extremely poor leadership qualities. Decisions were made arbitrarily, with little to no communication or transparency. The overall environment was unprofessional, and the mindset of leadership seemed focused on cutting corners rather than supporting employee growth or maintaining standards. There was a clear lack of respect for employees, both in how they were treated and in how feedback was handled. The company culture was toxic, with favoritism, micromanagement, and an outdated approach to problem-solving being the norm. I would not recommend joining this company to anyone looking for a healthy work environment or career growth. There are far better opportunities out there where your time, talent, and mental health will be valued.

Nothing as such cons that I can think of since regular communication and collaboration make it exceptionally easy for a remote team to address and resolve issues quickly.
