Pros

Great learning and training culture. I've expanded my knowledge and skills of customer service and problem solving during my time. You are able to network with many managers who may help you move up in the company.

Cons

Customer Service will always be a hard industry to work in. It was an emotional rollercoaster at the front desk. One guest can make your day, and then the next can ruin it in seconds.

Pros

Free snacks and Starbucks coffee. Really nothing more positive to say; I have to enter twenty words or more in this section...

Cons

Be prepared to be treated like you have no knowledge whatsoever of the culinary arts, regardless of how many years you've worked in the field. Executive Chef will stand within 6 inches of you and scream in your face about how to prepare and present their food (even though you've never been shown their menu). Do like not having any breaks or lunch periods? Then this is the job for you! Want to be ripped-off for the hours you work (and not be paid on time)? You'll love it here!

Selfish Company

Pros

Popular hotel chain with lots of hotels and resorts worldwide

Cons

Selfish company. They don't treat employees good. Benefits are very expensive, pay rate is very low, no incentive programs at all in any case, employee travel rates are ridiculously high besides holiday time. They try to buy up the entire hotel industry so they can spread in the world like a virus and not appreciate employees
