      Infrastructure is extensive and coherent, IT systems in place, canteen is brilliant, and job environment encompasses a certain degree of flexibility and room for empowerment.

      Cons

      Salary for this position is mediocre as in contrast to some of the competitors; blame culture and punishment present in the workplace.

      Pros

      lots of opportunity for growth if you are willing to move around. Benefits package is rich but employee cost is high. good employee recognition and appreciation. very focused on associate engagement.

      Cons

      pay is not competative. not a good work/life balance. high expections for number of work hours.average of 50-60 hour work week is very common.

      Pros

      Many people have been there 20+ years. New ownership is stepping up their game. Senior Management is starting to listen to employee ideas. Very friendly and supportive work environment. Great benefits. Supportive Senior Management. Ability to transfer if willing to relocate.

      Cons

      Pay scale is not great, but is at or above average for the region. Due to longevity of staff, it is very difficult to get promoted.
