      Compared to other employers, this company offers good benefits, has a lot of on-site facilities for employees' use; promotes "Go Green" life style and provides a reasonably good balance between life and work.

      Cons

      Lower level management is very rigid and does not appreciate creative thinking and new ideas; the work process is based on voluminous handbooks, rather than common sense and reasonable judgment; every little thing has to be cleared with/approved by the manager and go through never-ending tiers of the corporate structure; too many personality clashes among employees due to poor management on the lower level; no real opportunities for advancement

      Awesome place to work. The hospitality industry offers so many benefits but in return you are going to work hard.

      Cons

      You are not always going to get the schedule you would like to work with. You do not get many holidays off.
