In general can be described as usual corpo despite all efforts to convince that company cares about people From positive - a lot of great and open people, easy start-up in the new role and great opportunity to have work-life balance

Cons

19th century technologies and infrastructure Egocentric leaders and not existing HR function A lot of time spent on "corporate" topics and events
