      Able to Excel in Professional and Personal Life

      Pros

      Wholistic care as an associate with great benefits! 18(+) weeks of parental leave. Allowed the opportunity to grow my career in tandem with growing my family. Took a promotion on two separate occasions, both while on parental leaves. A global company with the feel of a family-owned business. Amazing office building with hybrid working - Bring your dog to work is always a plus!

      Length of service vs. PTO increase could be more competitive.

      Truly a Great Place to Work

      Pros

      - Strongly principle-based in every decision throughout the company - Friendly atmosphere, every associate was chosen with alignment to company values in mind - Great benefits, free candy at sites, and an impressive company reputation - Opportunities for lateral movement into different functions - Hybrid work for office-based roles - Annual bonuses for all associates

      Cons

      - Depending on your function, for office-based roles there is not much room for vertical movement in the company through promotions - You will likely have to work a bit out of your scheduled work hours here and there, but management will generally be supportive of your work/life balance
