Pros

Higher pay than other companies in the area (even after they voted out the union). 18 week’s paternity leave 3 week paid vacation 6% 401k match

Cons

Management like to watch people through the camera without cause for investigation. (Lack of trust/ respect). Poor communication throughout entire company. Poor training, trainers without valuable experience teaching new hires. Lack of experience needed to successfully run important processes. Lack of concern from management when it comes to maintenance and turnarounds. Poor financial planning from upper management. Once they don’t like you they find a way to push you out.

Pros

Salaries are generous, the fast paced environment always makes the day go by fast. Benefits starts on day 1, Inclusion for all associates, ideas, opinions, feed back, and recognition for every progressive action taken.

Cons

Staying hydrated in the heat, some days are harder then others remembering to stay hydrated is crucial in my department.
