Pros

Very inclusive environment, respectful environment and relationship, nice culture, we fill like part of a big family. The company is very responsible with the associates, with the sustainability and global economy as well.

Cons

The company has not advertised properly all great things that it is doing. There are many things that the global population should know about Mars.
