It’s great to hear you mention the focus on work/life balance at Mars, as this in an area we promote far and wide across the business. We provide a wide range of benefits to our Associates and regularly benchmark our salaries to make sure they’re competitive. However, our approach is about more than just money. Our Mars ‘Total Rewards’ is a package that is designed for each Associate and includes some fantastic benefits which give you the freedom and flexibility to select what suits you as an individual; including a company pension, unpaid leave, private health insurance and wellness programmes running across our sites. Where able, we on occasion offer rewards such as the Christmas hamper you mentioned and we do include an additional company holiday on Christmas Eve in addition to standard bank holidays.
