They have a small onsite fitness center.

Cons

This company will work you to the bone and pressure you to not take vacation. I knew I had to leave when they had a problem with me taking a three day weekend to attend a FUNERAL. This continued to send me work emails that they expected me to respond to throughout that weekend. I couldn't stay with a company with such low morality.
