top tier benefits great people/camaraderie - feel like part of a team work/life balance many opportunities for advancement day shift is 6am-2:30pm leaving lots of daylight when you get home

Cons

24 hour operation - Most machine operators and maintenance start out on 2nd or 3rd shift. Leaders are expected to adjust their hours occasionally or take phone calls outside normal working hours.

Great place for those who take initiative

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, lots of opportunity. Freedom to explore and develop at every level. Structure and resources available for career planning and development, responsibility placed on individual associates. Laidback, informal culture makes it easier to collaborate across different job levels and functions. Freedom to take risks and explore new ways of working.

Cons

People move too often. Lack of follow-through on tracking and documentation. Difficult to manage competing priorities from different functions. Experience can very significantly based on your direct line manager.
