Mars has a truly unique culture where Associates are encouraged to be their fully authentic selves, grow personally and professionally, and craft their own career path with support from their peers, managers, and mentors. Opportunities are available for Associates to move laterally, vertically, cross-functions, cross-segments, and even cross-country! The opportunities are endless, and Mars' commitment to nurture Associates' learning, development, and overall wellbeing are ever present.

Cons

The only con is just quite how big Mars is! Sometimes, information sharing can be a bit slow. But, that comes with the global nature of the company.
