      Peers are great to work with.

      Cons

      Be more agile they say, but sh*t systems make the job more cumbersome. Seek another function than r&d if you want to feel a sense of accomplishment.

      A Great company to work for

      Work and life balance, great benefits, great parental leave, great work environment, great working relationship between each other. Everyone is willing to help others and open mind for new ideas and suggestions

      A lot of acronyms :-)

      Loved it before the many leadership restructures

      Yearly bonus - Good 401k & Pension Plan - PTO

      Cons

      If you weren't in a management role, you were a number, nothing more - Poor and conflicting leadership after multiple restructures in only a few years - Poor work/life balance
