      Pros

      Good place for developing, managers generally care about growth. Privately owned which has a lot of benefits.

      Cons

      Not the most efficient decision making processes. Some associates simply don't care about doing quality work.

      People are wonderful and lots of ways to move within the company

      Cons

      Not letting you work remote full time. Complain about lack of sales while hosting large costly meetings that don’t include all staff
