Let me start by saying the reno facility is beyond outdated. Old failing machines held together by bad wells and duct tape plus a very poor maintenance team equals you working mandatory overtime. They do not care for a work life balance. Even if you’re placed on meds you’re expected to still operate heavy machinery and if you get hurt they won’t mark the incident. No chance for growth unless you’re a brown noser the pay does not match the market yet the company’s take home is crazy as well as the office teams take homes. The recruiter is a liar don’t believe a word and the company itself will work you as a slave they stress over swine/ecoli from birds but let birds deficate and land where the dog food ingredients get poured into the system just a real crap company I will never feed my animals with their product beyond disappointed with my time there. Also this is a multi-million dollar company that does not have an in house HR team or an in house payroll hood luck trying to get info you need. And Mars in Reno LOVES to keep everything in house that way they don’t take any public lose
