Privately owned. A lot of associates have long tenure. Fun portfolio of products to work on

Cons

Big reorganization efforts every two - three years. Overly focused on bottom line cost improvement resulting in lack of execution of growth projects.

Cons

- Very complex structure to navigate. Project can take a little longer to implement, since several stakeholders in multiple levels and units need to be involved in the decision making
