Family owned company and the 4th/5th generation family members work very hard and earn what they receive. Amazingly, even at the size of the company it still feels like the company still has a soul.

Cons

Old processes and size-typical bureaucratic environments can slow progress. There are very little negative things for me to say and I spent several years working here.
