Everything about nearly every one of them with that title is arrogant talks down on you disrespectful oppressive No hr or anyone to help from discrimination and harassment on site Very confusing who handles problems with managers if anyone Favoritism Turn over rate Nearly every problem here can be traced back to extremely poor management and the lack of authority to keep them in check Hr only cares to protect the company by backing management in any way Archaic review policy that determines raises and bonuses Managers given budget to disperse have the complete control to give themselves and their favorites raises while denying yours for literally any excuse you can imagine.
