      There really isn't any pros - low pay, terrible benefits, nasty coworkers.

      Cons

      Cutting hours to cut costs yet pay vets $200k bonuses.

      Pros

      great friends, great culture, hybrid work schedule, fair pay and benefits (I've been here 12 years and am still in the "honeymoon" stage.)

      Cons

      we have to be careful to focus on our priorities and push back when being led astray. we're action oriented and have a passion for what we do, which can easily lead to being over committed and over worked.

      Pros

      We are like a big family here! Family friendly (work life balance). Excellent Pay. Not a hostile environment at all. Personal development is a huge focus. Privately Held Company - don't have to play to stockholders!!! Bring your dog to work! 18 weeks of paternal leave. Excellent retirement options. Fantastic health insurance.

      Cons

      Sometimes it takes a lot of red tape do get certain changes completed.
