Pros

- strong Associate Concept; treating people equally - transparency/ treating employees or associates like adult ; from things impacting people within organization i.e. policy or rewards, bonus pay plan how to measure your own bonus is visible to everyone. I don't see this quite often in some other company -strong line manager; you can expect your line manager to be more than performance manager; at Mars, line manager comes with high expectation of career coaching, connecting talents to other leaders to support their career growth

Cons

-Typical challenge in some other company, when you grow up in your career ladder, your pay may not move as fast as you want, which is a combination of opportunity and your own performance and business situation at any point in time. If people are not patient enough, they go somewhere else
