Cons

it's a fast-paced job, so just be ready to keep up with the retail pace. if you have a large territory, be ready to have overnights

Management was terrible didn’t care to hear safety concerns or try to fix issues with employees as far as work life balance

Genuine concern for the persons working here, rewarded for engagement. Many opportunities, especially if you are willing to relocate. The principles are good, safe environment, driven to provide exceptional products.

Cons

Many factories on Swing/rotation shift, studies show this is damaging... Petcare is paid way less than Candy for the same job... Pet is not climate controlled
