      Pros

      Exposure to interesting, impactful projects Opportunity to quickly develop highly relevant skillset Opportunity to advance quickly with strong performance Strong work-life balance (less so at introductory level, depending on manager)

      Cons

      Client list mainly CPG (though some variety outside that space, and wide variety of project types) Limited formal company structure (most structure dictated by project teams)

      Great place to start your career but has some serious issues

      - Very strong analytical firm and smart people - Small firm with the opportunity to work on many different projects and get promoted quickly - Work life balance is pretty good, for a consulting firm - Top clients who are often the number 1 or 2 in their industry

      Cons

      - No transparency - VPs are not empowered to build culture and manage the business as the owner/CEO has full control and manages from afar - Very transactional relationship with employees with little to no outreach to alumni
