Exposure to interesting, impactful projects Opportunity to quickly develop highly relevant skillset Opportunity to advance quickly with strong performance Strong work-life balance (less so at introductory level, depending on manager)

Cons

Client list mainly CPG (though some variety outside that space, and wide variety of project types) Limited formal company structure (most structure dictated by project teams)

- Fact-base - Analytical-driven (sometimes heavily) - Meritocracy - Smart people - Boutique yet serving Fortune 100 clients - Great working environment (hands on coach from high-level Consultants/VPs)

Cons

- Lack of business trip (once traveled among offices while these opportunities also reduced due to Covid-19) - Limited training courses from firm - Salary is not competitive to some of tier 2 consulting or boutiques, and MBB
