      Pros

      Room for fast promotion and given the rope to hang yourself wth so to speak. Generally fairly good people and a collegial atmosphere among those PM and below.

      Cons

      People not always the best. Some great people, and not many terrible, but a lot of second bests. Communciation from management not visible and company is not run poorly, rather it is not run.
