      Pros

      The quality of the work and the exposure to client executives is unmatched. I was constantly working on massive strategic initiatives for top players in major industries. I could also work from home or the NYC-area WeWork most days.

      Cons

      There is no employee whose sole focus is solving administrative problems for low and mid-level consultants.
