Free customers. Flexible schedule. Work your own schedule.

Cons

Their customers are WORSE THAN $1 LEADS!!! They are in no position to buy and all of them waste your time. And you'll spend 30min average waiting for a customer. And that's after buying 9 addt'l state licenses and waiting 30 days to pass a background check. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!

Plenty of opportunities to learn and get industry exposure.

Cons

Poor management and people are treated like commodities. Only focus is the bottom line without any career growth opportunities. Annual performance reviews are non-existent.
