There are some good people

Cons

Managers are not trained to manage, do not supply feedback or welcome it. HR supports managers. Nepotism and favorites receive jobs and promotions, not open to new ideas or change. Increased use of therapy while working there.

Outstanding benefits with leaders that truly care about the team, our clients, and go the extra mile to ensure we ALWAYS deliver quality! I know I have been blessed to be working for MMC!

Cons

I feel we have an opportunity to move towards the 21st century more regarding flexibility and enabling more roles to be mobile / work from home.
