      Great clients, some really talented people.

      Cons

      Senior leadership crushes innovation, takes care of themselves. Pretends that they are not a top down, male-dominated old boys network. Robotic senior leadership has absolutely no connection with employees. Run as fast as you can.

      Pros

      Employees make it tolerable to go to work. They are the only positive.

      Cons

      Promises are never fulfilled. They try to sell you this place as one of the best places to work at, it is all lies. You are over worked under paid and not appreciated. Management only cares about themselves and will try to make you cover up their faults.

      Semi-flexible hours and accommodating with time off requests.

      Cons

      Tasks that you are given are well beyond the insurance specialist role and more like the associate vice president and vice president role. Compensation does not equate to the work that is required. Old school management. Raises are almost foreign.
