      Low Pay. Poor management--really poor. As in some of the managers openly bully their staff and teammembers and the company doesn't do anything about it. Heavy work load.

      Annually, they do a cultural diversity share. They have different setups from different cultures, and in the breakroom..people will have food from their cultures to share.

      Cons

      Corporate has been doing outsourcing on and off of multiple departments. They will tell you that you are too important to Marsh, then layoff your job.
