Pros

- Nice people - Hybrid / flexible working - Great pension - Good holiday entitlement - Share plans

Cons

Absolutely no reward for hard work. Annual pay review may as well be non-existent, just the rubbish across the board minimal pay increases regardless of performance. Typically 1% increase per year if you're lucky. No real chance for progression.

Pros

Working for a tier 1 broker like Marsh & McLennan is an incredible experience but.. not in the Italian branch.

Cons

Some of the challenge os that you have to work in an "Italian office" within an multinational company. this means that: long working hours job, stress and you have to be happy about it.
