Stable and ok health insurance. Its easy to gain entry through the subsidiary and once in, you can get the parent company which has better opportunities than its subsidiaries.
Cons
Not cutting edge and typical traditional hierarchical company. Main strategy is to continuously eat up competition. So you have a company that is fragmented.
