1. Hike is good. Variable Pay is given in March. 2. Work-life balance, depends on the project. 3. Great view from office and cafeteria. 4. Indoor Games like foosball, Pool table, Table tennis, and Carrom. 5. Give Diwali Gift-They provide certainly options to choose between the gifts. 6. Due to WFH, 5k vouchers are given to employees as it's in the team budget. 7. Outing(Once in a year) and Team Dinner(Quarterly)

1. Fires you silently and if you are lucky enough you might get a transfer of service to another company who bought the project. 2. JLT was good and people's office, but after getting acquired by MMC firing started
