There is a lot of associate turnover in the Philadelphia office. Hours are ridiculously high for little pay and no bonus. Some partners regularly harass associates without consequence, even when the conduct is reported. Management ignores these issues, especially when it involves partners, who bring in a lot of business. Women have very little chance of making partner, especially if they have a family. Immoral.

The management in the Roseland office is totally unprofessional. Micro-manage and play favorites. I got excellent reviews from the attorneys I worked with year after year, but the office manager fired me. Because she didn't like me. Had nothing to do with my work ethic. All about politics.
