Pros

People you meet (this has little to do with the company), flexible hours.

Cons

Management and coordinators are on a serious power trip. Continuously understaffed. Expect to be overworked.

Pros

As a manager, you had a great deal of flexibility in terms of running your store.

Cons

Long hours and many weekends. The worst, is the pressure upper management puts on store teams to get customers to apply for credit cards, completely unexceptable.

Pros

Nice customer and some nice working associates and a pretty new and clean store.

Cons

weak pay usually the minimum wage and poor associate discount only 10 % most sales are this good if not better. The worst problem is store management. Store manager s always looking to blame someone else for the stores problems. Never will accept any responsibility or claim that she made a mistake. The store has lost some really good and valuable people based on the attitude of the store manager,she is the worst!!!!!
