Pros

Really cares about associates. A lot of opportunity to move up if person has the will to do so.

Cons

Usually not good pay until the Manager level.

Pros

- Flexible Schedule (depending on management staff) - Easy to adapt to store culture.

Cons

- Terrible Corporate demands/Corporate ideas usually do not work and are poorly implemented - There is no communication between Associates and upper management - Associate ideas and demands always ignored - Too much emphasis on "customer service" not enough emphasis on logistics - LP Department scrutinizing associates while ignoring rampant customer theft. - Poor hiring decisions to cover basic job duties. - The pay absolutely sucks. They would pay you less if they could. - Seniority does not apply, the longer you are there, the more they abuse of you.
