Pros
Great Coworkers and Management... The layout of the store was easy to maneuver when putting out merchandise. Easy to move up within the store when opportunities would come available.
Cons
There was some issues when hours were cut but that was not management's fault. Pay was not the greatest either. I think that is something that the company as a whole could work on. If you are willing to give your part-time employees the hours and the pay, then more of your employees would know that they are valued
