Pros

Everyone is treated equally. Most of the employees are friendly and nice to one another. Mangers always tell all the employees to work hard and provide a great customer service.

Cons

Some employees are untalktative, but they are nice and willing to help whenver they get a call. Sometimes, the schedule is not quiet flexible.

Name brands for less. Good prices

Cons

Low wages, full-time hours are considered 30-35hrs per week to include nights and weekends. Minimal training, yet high expectations. Managers have very little or no communication skills. Always try to promote a positive work environment, but managers live little room to foster this with high demands, no positive reinforcement and mediocre salaries and wages.
