Don't have to put any effort into getting paid properly. They are on top of everything. Had my doubts about Marten but, they have kept their word so far.

Cons

Getting P.O.'s can be a hassle on the Qualcomm but if I call dispatch it gets fixed right away.

Good people to work with. All departments work well together. Good business hours. Work is not hard, but fast paced.

Cons

Management - a new director was hired and he hid in his office. Did not come out on the floor very often to talk to his employees.
