Not a good company - unreliable, not honest in their dealings with drivers.

They have the miles to keep drivers moving.

Cons

1. Bait and switch pay scale - their pay scale is 3 cents less than advertised, and they tell you you actually get paid more because of the per diem issue. 2. They will automatically sign you up for benefits such as 401K, that you have to pay for, without your consent. 3. They have hidden policies that they will automatically fire you for, or force you to quit. If they fire you, they will put a negative entry on your DAC report. If you quit within the first 6 months, they will charge you for orientation costs. I was forced to quit without notice or review (a driver with a great driving record and over 30 years experience) before my 6 months due to a bogus policy or they would have fired me with a negative report that would have ended my driving career. This is provable information.

checks didn't bounce. APU on each truck as well as a inverter. automatic detention pay on each stop. showers in most of the terminals. a lot of work.good customers and some still show respect for company.very high on safety.

Cons

off on weekends only.minimum work time is 2 weeks on and 2 days off.must give 2 weeks notice for off time and its starts on ether Friday or Saturday morning.

No formal training, no support from management, incredibly high turnover of employees, an environment requiring you to constantly throw other people under the bus to protect yourself, there was no teamwork
