      Good equipment. Well maintained. Pretty good about getting you home on time. Have taken extra time off when I've needed it. Decent insurance. Average miles and pay.

      Cons

      Forced per diem. Sliding pay scale based on length of run. Policy on where you can park your truck while on home time.

      Pros

      having apu's on the trucks so we don't have to idle, not having to chain up in the winter when chains are required. the equipment is constantly being upgraded, the layover pay

      Cons

      being paid per diem when it should be the drivers choice, being governed at 65 , electronic logging, not getting home ontime for time off, all the short haul freight
