      Always rolling, a lot of work.

      Cons

      If you run out of HRs at the shipper you will NOT get paid for detention pay, and if you only have 1 hr left on your clock at the shipper and you sit for 5 hrs you only get paid for only 1 hr. On the weekend do not call dispatch they will not help you, you are on your own. If a load has to be at its destination asap your DM will order you to drive all night,
