Good equipment, the pay ok, could be better for the work you perform.

Cons

Unorganized, poor communication, no detention pay, they ignore your phone calls, they lie about back hauls. You spend 4-5 hours at some back hauls. Philly deliveries suck. Please believe that. And so does south Jersey. Most of your stress comes from bozzutos. They have you doing work that an hourly driver should do. Marten don't care about anything but their contract with bozzutos. They don't mind if you violate the HOS as long as it don't reflect on your logs. Just FYI

Enjoyed the pay. Best pay for detentions, shop & breakdowns. Good benefits!

Cons

Terrible Qualcomm navigation system. And make sure to write confirmation numbers as we as PO#.

Treated me bad when it wasn't unpreventable incident sent me to indy to discharge me 2 weeks after the incident and the woman how fired me had no experience in trucking

Cons

Just bad to big of a company real bad experience there this was by far the worst I've had to deal with a trucking company
