Dispatch easy to communicate with. Receive next load information before deliver present load. No driving in heavy snowfall or on icy roads. They take care of their drivers. Have a great benefit package.

Cons

Wish home time was longer.

Pros

Dedicated route. Three trips a week and can be home almost every day, if willing to drive all night. Communication with dispatch is usually straightforward, except hard to reach night dispatch. However, you can also communicate thru Qualcomm with messages. Company has a nice process in place and utilizes its own app for practically everything relating to your work. Pay is decent and is guaranteed a weekly minimum.

Not that I can think of.

Pros

Garunteed paycheck if you’re looking for casual trucking and low pay.

Cons

Company does nothing for its drivers and they nickel and dime everything you do wrong. Any mistake is immediately a preventable accident whether it was legal or not and they fire you after two and leave you stranded from your home state with zero help. Half my check are below 1000 and the other half are barely above. Miles suck even though they promise 70000 a year. Lies. Avoid and do not work here. Find a company that’s employee owned.
